I know times are hard right now but seriously, how gullible can you be..?? You know what you just did??? EVERYONE that has used Neon? You agreed to the terms now you have money sitting there you can’t use and allll because they played you for a fool! Now, ALLLL your conversations will be recorded and who’s know if they will continue if you decide to delete Neon . Hey I’m sure didn’t read the TOA, ofc not they know you won’t. If you are the type to read it then you wouldn’t be looking at this type of app. They just paid you a few measly bucks to invade your privacy and you happily and willingly gave it to them. I only downloaded Neon just so I can leave this review not to use it (wouldn’t even dare to open Neon ) As a pc technician I have seen day in and day out how people just either fall for such nonsense or are willing to give away their privacy for money. Yetttt you hear people screaming from the rooftops “oh big brother is invading our privacy, we can’t let that happen. yet here are all of you handing it to them in a golden platter while they benefit on hearing your phones calls and even worse if people are using it to have their work calls being listened too, Unbelievable. Enjoy your few bucks because now theirs no telling if even deleting Neon after agree to the terms, will stop them from listening. Smh. The things people do for money!!

I was on the phone for 239 minutes went to sleep on the phone with a friend and I woke up to a balance of $37 that is now at $60 I go to try to withdraw and it keeps saying error and to check connection I’ve tried to withdraw over 40 times and never got a single penny I like Neon but it’s useless and a waste of time from the customer service and support team I’m about to delete Neon , it serves no purpose I’m very unsatisfied with Neon I want to wait longer but it keep saying the same thing ( error ) so far a waste of time I’ve even had referrals and completed them so I give up I feel that it’s a scam but I’m trying to see it through

Neon is a scam. They encourage you to invite people, record calls, and provide data in exchange for money. I spent about 2-3 days using it (with issues), building up earnings, only to find that when it came time to cash out, nothing was paid.

Their excuse? They shut the servers down after “high user traffic” to supposedly make Neon “more secure.” That’s ridiculous! Any SERIOUS company would have made sure their system was secure and ready before rolling Neon out. Instead, they waited until people had invested time and effort, then pulled the plug.

Now, you can’t even sign into Neon . They collected people’s time, data, and energy with no intention of following through. Don’t waste your time with this app Money Talks, it’s nothing more than a scam.

They say you can cash out as low as .10 cents so I made a 10 minute call, got $4 and tried to cash out and i'm given an error message every time I try, telling me to check my network connection. My network connection is fine, I can use any other app normally, this one just won't let you cash out. They also say they have a live support chat function which isn't live, you contact them and are given an email to email from a robot. Will update review if they fix it, crazy to scam over $4

I learned of Neon 2 days ago! Thought it was perfect make money for talking on the phone to family members while also referring them. I signed up yesterday and earned $23 dollars not including 2 phone calls for 19 minutes and 31 minutes which I didn’t get credit for. When I tried to cash out I couldn’t! I am very disappointed! I told my family and they signed up as well. I followed the rules given to me by the person who referred me and Neon scammed me! I have proof of my phone calls and if they listen to the recordings of my conversations they will see that they are legit! Whatever u do don’t download Neon! IT IS A SCAM! If I could give it no stars I would but since I have to make a review they get one for concept! If they actually did what Neon is designed to do, it would be awesome! Also they lied when they say they have live customer support. When click on it to chat u are sent to an email address! Everything about Neon speaks unprofessional to me! Save ur time and don’t let these nosy people invade ur privacy!

I talked in the phone with my sister and me her talk a lot so i figured the first payout would be sweet $20 but every time I click to cash out it’s says I have a network connection error which isn’t true I’m a college student so we have secured network. If one you developer would like to help me as soon as possible and I actually see the money I would happily change my rating until then. I don’t know it’s smelling fishy is all I’m saying.

So I downloaded it and i started to send out referrals and I got those bonus but when I try to cash out $100 it would say connection error it never gave me an option to cash out. Now too be fair I had a friend cash out I think it was like $13 and he actually did receive it so I am confused in why I wasn’t able to cash out my earnings. Also now when I look at Neon my earnings and bonuses aren’t there it actually shows 0 Referrals and it’s also showing $0.00 why is that I don’t know but it would be good if they actually had a customer service but it appears that they don’t so kind of strange but do be Aware that they have access to all your data as your phone calls they have your internet searches they have access to all your stuff so yeah that up to you Truth Be Told.

I signed up invited all my friends. We did everything correctly. I cashed out my payment still says delayed five days later I understand they have some things going on, but everyone else got paid out and I didn’t receive my money. I tried to contact them with no response. I really enjoyed Neon at the beginning until I didn’t get paid.

Neon scammed me they lied I did the calls an as soon as I reached out to customer service they took all the money I earned back an now I can’t make any calls with them it won’t let me they taking information data an nit paying everyone

I can say that Neon is by far the best and legit! It’s true that money does talk, but the glitching that it’s doing now has hindered many of us from compensating from the time that we’ve put into Neon ! I used it as my default phone source, and I had to redirect it when the developer shut Neon down. I understand that there was some who didn’t follow Neon rules but there should have been a better way to wean them out than to shut Neon down completely. I sincerely hope that all bug fixes are completed soon, so that we can go back to talking and making money!!

Does Customer Support ever respond??? Yes I received a couple of payments but now my referrals aren’t tracking and no one ever responds! It says live chat but then send the message that you have to email. No one emails you back. It’s no telling an exact time when your money will come because it’s varies every single time. I just need simple help and no one answers.

At first I was getting my payout through a different account but now that I have a new number it won’t let me pay out and says my connection isn’t working although my service is working with other apps and I can make calls through Neon

May be a good idea if people hold out until they clear things up. I’ve missed so many calls today due to Neon not functioning correctly however I will say as far as payout I do have faith as I’ve received 2 and I understand Neon developer wanting to address people just sitting on the phone but when Neon is not functioning at all and people are missing calls there should be some type of update so for now I have turned off call forwarding until this issue is resolved

My first review was a little bad because they didn’t pay out a few calls. I did reach out to customer service and they did more than enough to fix the issue. I talk on the phone a lot so for me it’s very worth the pay for the data of my calls. Neon is one of only real, legit apps that pay for data. Easy to use and easy to cash out.

At first I was little nervous about the set up. However once setting up the calling system and payouts and received my first one the tension eased. I feel like Neon is perfect for people who could the funds to help get through day to day struggles but as well as making folks feel less isolated, especially during these times!

I just downloaded Neon and followed the rules and they wont let me cashout. It keeps saying error your request to cashout has failed. other than that Neon seems cool they let me cash out .19 cents but not the rest i think something is wrong with Neon

Neon is actually what it says it is they do pay out is not a scam it works but the only thing I’m having right now a problem with but I’m still gonna be with Neon and I believe they will fix it. I missing 105 calls that I didn’t get paid for and you don’t see the time zone but to me personally whoever created this, this is a awesome app, but I do wanna get paid need to fix it and my son also have not received no payment. The most he received was seven dollars. Everything is blank and we call to NEOA like you said and we have blank minutes on it but the payout you do give us our payout 100% I will refer well. I did refer a lot of people to Neon. I’m not gonna hold you. I want my bonus love Neon .

Need a scroll button, can’t click off the referral earned banner..can’t scroll down and click the blue button to take it off..other then that! Neon is great and you can earn money in real time!

Neon is still down which is upsetting but I do appreciate the fact that they sent me what they owed me today anyways. Hopefully they fix it soon and everyone at least gets paid what they are owed

My friend had put me onto getting Neon but I hadn’t made money yet which angered me a bit only for my friend to email them and get a response they are only working on making Neon more secure and safer with our information which is why it hadn’t been working. My friend had gotten money before so I’m very happy with hearing this response.
