I make transfer to my account it was successful but I didn’t get the value why all this since 24 hours now and you said it’s a fast app am in pain now because I need the money fast that’s the reason I save up there now to withdraw and get my money is hard (I also purchase card of Mtn 500 which I didn’t get the value but I leave that ) just credit me the money I make the transfer please oooo ehene (I email you no response I call your customer care line no response who those that ?)
There’s no way to withdraw your money from these people. They’ll run around in circles and won’t actually ever send the money to your account when you try to withdraw. Slow and apathetic customer service when you complain. DO NOT USE PocketApp!!!
Signed up here last week and funded the account immediately, ever since I have not been able to withdraw a penny, instead you went further to restrict my account for what reason your contact centre are not telling till date, please I need my money

This is an app that shouldn’t even be on for download PocketApp is just straight up frustrating from the beginning of my registering PocketApp is filled with bugs even after I put in the otp it still didn’t load I restarted PocketApp put in my information to login and they told me it was invalid I tried to register again with the same number but they said it was already taking I tried with another number and email address only for the same thing to happen if you download PocketApp uninstall it now before you lose money
I credited my abeg account using my piggyvest, since then I can’t use the abeg app to send money or purchase airtime, it keeps saying I link a withdrawal account number. But whenever I try adding any of my bank account, it keeps giving error reports. My bank accounts are linked to my BVN. So I don’t understand the error you guys are giving me. Please fix this. I linked PocketApp to my piggyvest account n for the first time that I transferred money from my piggyvest account to my abeg account n later to a Starling acct,since yesterday I didn't see the money on the Starling account n the money has left my abeg account. I have been trying to contact abeg customer service since 1:34pm yesterday n they are saying there are no agent available to all to me n I'm stock, I don't know wat to do.
PocketApp just opens instantly without asking for a password or passcode it’s not safe to keep reasonable amount in it then because someone can steal your funds and also why can’t someone withdraw less than 2000 it’s poor you guys should work on it before people start complaining much because it’s bad for your business.

There’s no option to close account, nothing and they keep asking for your BVN and valid ID, it will just restrict your account and seized your money, with no reason all to get your full information 🤔🤔 NO....

Don’t download, I withdraw to my bank and it’s not processed successful and they claim it’s successful, I contact my back no such transactions found, I contact Abeg on Instagram, Twitter I even mail them all I get was a silent treatment, don’t use don’t download, they are scam ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I transferred money from my Access bank account to my Pocket account I was debited it more than 12 hours now the money has not reflected on my Pocket account
Honestly, So far I was ok with PocketApp services especially since the banks crisis. My transactions are fast but I bought MTN airtime of N5000 and am yet to get the value of it after I got debited. MTN already confirmed they didn’t get any payment but am yet to be refunded. Please do something about this cause the country is hard enough; Don’t add more frustration to it please.
