FlareFlow iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix FlareFlow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FlareFlow app on iPhone
Update FlareFlow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FlareFlow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FlareFlow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FlareFlow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FlareFlow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FlareFlow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FlareFlow App
1. On android, goto Settings » FlareFlow » click [Force Stop]

Update FlareFlow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FlareFlow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FlareFlow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FlareFlow.

Fix FlareFlow unable to contact server/ FlareFlow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FlareFlow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FlareFlow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FlareFlow
