How to fix Humo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Humo app on iPhone
Update Humo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Humo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Humo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Humo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Humo app issues:

Force Stop the Humo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Humo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Humo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Humo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Humo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Humo.

Fix Humo unable to contact server/ Humo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Humo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Humo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Humo on android.
