I cannot pair my battery operated hearing aids. I am following all of the online instructions, but with no success. I even tried uninstalling & reinstalling the amplifon ap, but still unsuccessful! Your assistance would be appreciated. Regards. Bill Reid.

Why are my split hearing aid volume settings lost overnight? I have to reset the volumes on the app every morning! The app version is up to date. My hearing aids are AMPLI-ENERGY R5 on R GLD GN -RIC

The app has failed totally to connect to my hearing aids since last week and I'm told it will be fixed "sometime in October". Useless - please do not call me but send emails because I wont able to hear you for several weeks! It has cost me nearly £3000 to not be able to hear!

I’m using the AMPLIFON app but I cannot get the right hand sound to come through on my phone Left hand is ok If I check the availability page it shows the LHS can be adjusted but the RHS is not showing as being downloaded from the app
