This is not a very good app. It opens to the same informercial articles each time with no real help for dealing with leaks or ways to improve the quality of sleep. It provides very minimal sleep data, usually delayed. The reminder to order is passive (no push notification) while the billing side texts me with reminders to pay repeatedly, even though I’m set up on auto pay. Once you click. Order, there is no confirmation, no order number, no price or cost (although it verifies insurance before you can order) and no delivery date. You are sent a notice when it ships but there is no tracking information or delivery date. After the item is delivered the billing notifications start. If I could avoid using SleepCircle I would.
Lincare does not except my regular email address, one that I have used for over 20 years. It appears that Lincare does not accept many domain names that have been part of the standard for over a decade. Their architects should update their products to long term industry standards. One has to wonder if they are that backwards on email, what else are they backwards on? In my opinion they need some new architects or managers, people that are up to date with modern times and not the technology Stone Age.
I had to go through three iterations to login as it kept asking me to recover my user name even though I knew my user name. Also couldn’t order all supplies even though Lincare provided me with a new CPAP SleepCircle would only let me order filters for my old machine which don’t fit the new one. If I could get supplies anywhere else I would do it.
SleepCircle won’t let me login, probably because I have ordered in quite a while. I tried to create a new user but it won’t let me without a Lincare customer ID. I don’t have the old invoices because that info was online. This seems really stupid and lazy. They should have that already, especially with me giving my birth date and the fact that they sent me a flyer for SleepCircle in the mail.
It is at least 2-6 days before it shows the results. Also, if I get up in middle night for a few minutes it doesn’t record it when I go back to sleep
Glad to have the contact regarding ordering items, but wonder why the adapter isn’t included at a certain time… difficult for ‘older patients’ to keep track of items and replacement dates… thanks
Using the this app guided app is relatively straightforward. It would be ideal to have photos or information links available to understand the description of items being ordered as well as costs to patient. This all goes towards patient understanding of the healthcare being provided.
My app is not showing my sleep data. I did call the number listed and asked them to fix it. I do like the ability to order supplies through SleepCircle . It’s very convenient and easy to order and I can easily see what I am ordering. If the sleep data gets fixed I would give it 5 stars.
Prices should be shown and listed so that customer can see what they are paying for! If the item has no cost, then it should say no cost! Keep it transparent please!
This is a much better way of ordering supplies. I can do my order 24/7 instead of calling five days a week during business hours. SleepCircle is easy to use.
The this app ordering system helps track when to order supplies and simplifies ordering.
Suggestion: send me a text or email the day that supplies can be ordered (otherwise, I forget to check SleepCircle ). Thank you.
I am still new to the whole CPAP machine system and although I feel I’m doing well. I’m really new to remembering how to order the supplies but this way is very easy. I just have to remember to do it.
App wasn’t linking to my machine at first , however after calling the distributor whom gave me my machine they had forgotten to submit my information to billing whom makes the link by entering machine serial number and my information. So now waiting 72 hours for it to link up .
However the air view app is what you mainly use to make adjustments and monitor your sleep info which links immediately via Bluetooth .
It is very convenient to order supplies this way. I don’t have to be concerned about the time of day; whether someone will be in the office to order from. I like that!
It seems okay but this is the first time I’ve had a chance to order my supplies online. So we’ll see how it works. Thank you.

Everything is good, just that options are limited in what you can do.
The Site is somewhat slow in updating the exact information. I have the AirSense 11 app that gives up to date so it is not a problem for me. But for those with only SleepCircle it would be frustrating. Thank you.
Cpaps have a stigmatism attached to them. Which for me, caused a bit of fear and apprehension. It was easy to get accustomed to the mask but you have to stick with it and get into your head that it feels good. I say that because it blows like a soothing cool air like you have a window open all night with a nice breeze. I’m thankful to have the help it provides.
