This is not a very good app. It opens to the same informercial articles each time with no real help for dealing with leaks or ways to improve the quality of sleep. It provides very minimal sleep data, usually delayed. The reminder to order is passive (no push notification) while the billing side texts me with reminders to pay repeatedly, even though I’m set up on auto pay. Once you click. Order, there is no confirmation, no order number, no price or cost (although it verifies insurance before you can order) and no delivery date. You are sent a notice when it ships but there is no tracking information or delivery date. After the item is delivered the billing notifications start. If I could avoid using this app I would.

Lincare does not except my regular email address, one that I have used for over 20 years. It appears that Lincare does not accept many domain names that have been part of the standard for over a decade. Their architects should update their products to long term industry standards. One has to wonder if they are that backwards on email, what else are they backwards on? In my opinion they need some new architects or managers, people that are up to date with modern times and not the technology Stone Age.

The app won’t let me login, probably because I have ordered in quite a while. I tried to create a new user but it won’t let me without a Lincare customer ID. I don’t have the old invoices because that info was online. This seems really stupid and lazy. They should have that already, especially with me giving my birth date and the fact that they sent me a flyer for the app in the mail.
