This is the most irritating app ever ! It’s a never ending loop of entering my password to get that verification out of my email and it just keeps going back-and-forth back-and-forth. I never can get into the damn thing.
I have tried and tried to login and all it does is buffers out saying “Loading please wait” and there’s no passing that screen. You can’t get into that app whatsoever… horrible 😔

HealthInsurancePortal keeps crashing on me. Every time I try to login, it automatically crashes
Installed it logged in and it just kept saying loading but never loaded. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but still didn’t load. Checked for updates and none were available. Messaged them to have tech support correct the issue and awaiting response.
I was sent a message to install HealthInsurancePortal today and I was able to sign in easily, but now HealthInsurancePortal won't load at all! It just says "Loading Please Wait"
Update: Now app loads after new update, but view member ID button is not working and also add to Apple Wallet is not working!
I can’t login in like I can’t get past the choose state page without it says contact your administrator or something and then I got to login once and then says page won’t load I can’t get through anything
I have never been able to open HealthInsurancePortal since downloading. Have deleted & reinstalled,
Cleared cache, restarted - all several times. Can not get it to load and the old app is not longer available.
Just downloaded and all the info is wrong.. these are billion dollar corporations.. you would think they would get it right.
The website and HealthInsurancePortal are useless. Every time I login it asks me to link my sunshine health, I’ve done it so many times and at this point I just don’t care anymore .
HealthInsurancePortal is constantly closing its self. I’ve been able to use it maybe 3-4 times since I downloaded it. If it wasn’t related to my insurance I would’ve already removed it.
When it does works it’s amazing and convenient. When it doesn’t and constantly closes it self not so much.

App is way better than the former app. It’s easier to navigate and easier to sign in & view card. Can finally add my kids cards to my apple wallet

The new patient portal is really good, I love how I have my kids member ID and card at all times and I can see what providers are In Network. As well as changing providers if needed
It doesn’t load. It just keeps spinning saying Loading. Did everything and it still doesn’t work.
Incredibly user-friendly, with all the essential information neatly organized in one place. Like the doctor find feature. Very convenient !
