Doesn’t load

Installed it logged in and it just kept saying loading but never loaded. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but still didn’t load. Checked for updates and none were available. Messaged them to have tech support correct the issue and awaiting response.
Please fix it!

I was sent a message to install this app today and I was able to sign in easily, but now the app won't load at all! It just says "Loading Please Wait"
Update: Now app loads after new update, but view member ID button is not working and also add to Apple Wallet is not working!

I can’t login in like I can’t get past the choose state page without it says contact your administrator or something and then I got to login once and then says page won’t load I can’t get through anything
