The worst experience ever, I ordered a winter trench coat over 2 months ago, and I still have yet to receive my order! I will never order from their site again! I have been ignored and told bogus answers about how the package was dropped off, check the front and back of my doorstep, than UPS Turkey hasn’t communicated with UPS USA, to resolve the matter, and finally please wait 7-12 business days! They cannot honestly call themselves a reputable business with the worst customer service and a delivery service that doesn’t properly investigate the complaints! I was home the time it was delivered but did not get the item! I have no reason to lie if I actually got the product! These criminals took over a $100 dollars from me, with no product in site. Put them out of business for good!

I ordered two items from them a tunic and a scarf when i ordered them i changed my mind and wanted to cancel so i can get different colors of the tunic and the scarf i messaged them on the live chat which was very annoying because they kept telling me the same thing email this person which i did several times politely! Mind you the items weren't shipped yet
I took charge and called paypal and they told me to make a case which i did and this app had to respond in 7 days or i will get a refund automatically they didn't respond but what they did was ship out the items in the colors that i didnt want.

Hi I just want to say that you have a very bad customer service. I have been a customer for a long time. I’ve bought a lot of clothes from you. But after last time I tried contacting you regarding an item I paid for and didn’t receive, I will never buy from you any more. You just lost a good customer now. I will look for another online website that cares about customers needs and complaints

I ordered two dresses from here and the quality was great other than on one dress the threads on the sleeves were seen but other than that I can’t complain and it came in quick!

I ordered one dress a year ago to try the product and see if they are honest about delivery.. it was great! The fabric they described and time to deliver is as exactly as the reality. I have been using the dress since then and it didn’t fade very good material.
I ordered again two dresses and one skirt.. got them in one week and they are awesome! Thank you this app and will definitely order more 👍🏻👍🏻

I really like the site , I ordere a sport suite and it reached after 12 days ,very cheap and doesn't cost alot with shipping fees,They have good sport suites for women who wear hejab ,good customer service too ,I recommend it

I love their clothes and compared to modanisa this app is cheaper but they sent me some dresses that were used and smelled so bad because someone wore them and sweat in them. The condition is good but it smells disgusting so now I have to pay extra to get all the dresses dry cleaned. The tunics seem to be new and not used, as I have ordered several tunics and they don't smell. But all the dresses I've ordered have terrible sweat smell.

I heard about Sefamerve or online store from a friend. I was a little hesitant after reading the latest review but I took a change, needless to say I’m glad that I did. I place a small order, it arrived with no issues then I placed a larger order, it arrived with no issues. I am very, very happy with everything I have bought from them thus far. The shipping is ridiculously fast considering that they are shipping from overseas and it is free with $40.00 purchase. I have since shared their link with other people and now here. Thank you for making clothes that Muslim women can wear that are stylish and won’t break the bank. 🙂
