The worst experience ever, I ordered a winter trench coat over 2 months ago, and I still have yet to receive my order! I will never order from their site again! I have been ignored and told bogus answers about how the package was dropped off, check the front and back of my doorstep, than UPS Turkey hasn’t communicated with UPS USA, to resolve the matter, and finally please wait 7-12 business days! They cannot honestly call themselves a reputable business with the worst customer service and a delivery service that doesn’t properly investigate the complaints! I was home the time it was delivered but did not get the item! I have no reason to lie if I actually got the product! These criminals took over a $100 dollars from me, with no product in site. Put them out of business for good!

Hi I just want to say that you have a very bad customer service. I have been a customer for a long time. I’ve bought a lot of clothes from you. But after last time I tried contacting you regarding an item I paid for and didn’t receive, I will never buy from you any more. You just lost a good customer now.
