The advance news on AltitudePlus from Altitude was you are supposed to be able to link it to your Directv account and not have to pay the monthly $19.95. It also says this on AltitudePlus when you go to subscribe, but the only option is to pay the $19.95 a month subscription to them. They shouldn’t release it if it’s not finished.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified in your account settings.
Altitude+ is available in Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Southwest South Dakota (Rapid City-DMA), and Wyoming.
Subscriptions are managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Please note that due to NBA and NHL restrictions, some areas may not receive Nuggets or Avalanche game broadcasts.
