I subscribed thru ROKU on altitude + thru Dec 29th.. I had cancelled the subscription thru ROKU.. ALTITUDE+ seems to have deducted $19.95 anyhow from my bank account.. I wish this to be refunded back to my bank account Asap... THANK YOU
I wish to cancel my subscription and get my money back. Through my Xfinity/Comacst internet service, I seem to be able to watch football on Amazon, football and hockey on ESPN through Disney+, but I cannot watch either hockey or basketball on Altitude. Because the other streaming services work, I assume the fault is not my connection. I do not enjoy looking at the two logos when the game sound is coming through. Please let me know when my subscription has been cancelled. Thank you.

The advance news on the app from Altitude was you are supposed to be able to link it to your Directv account and not have to pay the monthly $19.95. It also says this on the app when you go to subscribe, but the only option is to pay the $19.95 a month subscription to them. They shouldn’t release it if it’s not finished.
