I am switching from the freestyle libre 2 to the 3+ because support for the 2 is ending. I wanted to switch apps so I’ll have some history when I start the new 3+ sensors.
This app says it’s compatible with the v2 sensors, but when I tried it through the error that it’s not compatible. And now the sensor can’t be used with the older app (freestyle libre 2)
Called support and was told I need to use the freestyle libre 3 app when I switched. He didn’t know what this app was.

The new app is slower and I’m missing data from the old app and from when I sleep. Can I just keep using the older app? Why are you asking me to rate this?

Moving from the Libre 3 app for the last three years, this new app is missing is the drop down menu for logging carbs and insulin. Instead of everything being on one page, everything is in its own category: rapid acting insulin, long acting insulin, food (which you can’t specify what meal it is anymore unless you type it out in the comment section every single time), exercise, etc. That’s too many taps. This makes it take even longer to log your data in, and it’s unintuitive.
