I accidentally entered the wrong bank details and received a hefty fine for trying to make a payment (ok thats my bad, but who’s brain isn’t kind of fried these days?). I managed to add a new account but there is no option to remove the other one, so it’s likely I’ll accidentally make the mistake again. Emailed management at our building- they dont have a clue of how to do it- sent email to app support and they’re rubbish too (“email your property manager”). So I’m stuck with this.

Would you kindly just update ZegoLiving so that this function is available?

I have had to manually delete all the messages eating up my storage multiple times. The bulk delete function never works and my messages will “clear” and reappear as soon as I reopen ZegoLiving . I have messages from a year ago I can’t get rid of. ZegoLiving has a whole lot of bells and whistles and none of the basic messaging functionality it ought to. Some bug fixes and performance optimizing leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve uninstalled ZegoLiving 5 times over the course of my year to try to fix these problems and still nothing.

Sent a message to my apartment management team and crashed 3 TIMES! Super annoying and frustrating but when sending feedback to ZegoLiving I get a little confirmation at the bottom that it goes through like ??? Fix ur stupid app!

Wish I could login…keeps prompting me to make a new password but fails to register it. Then I change it online at their website but their crappy app doesn’t detect the change and STILL prompts me to make a new password. Delete ZegoLiving and redownload it? Doesn’t work. Caches data. Clear all that? Still doesn’t work.

It’s actually ridiculous. What kind of app has a complete disconnect from its website? So ridiculous.

Even after support tried to help me, I find it impossible to log in to ZegoLiving. When I try to log in, ZegoLiving asks me to select which building I belong to, but the only options are fake addresses (“1234 Central Ave”). Support asked me if my problem was resolved, and when I told them I still couldn’t log in, I got no further response from them. I’m unable to use amenities at my complex because I can’t access ZegoLiving .

I don’t know what’s going on with ZegoLiving but it was fine until the terms and conditions changed. now it’s all overlapping and then when you get onto the page it takes you to a whole different website and then I search for my property on the website and it says they don’t they don’t have that property. Please fix this it’s very annoying, I have like 15 messages that I cannot view

I dont know if this is something management chose to do but upon login I see we don’t have all the features available like maintenance requests and Entry and so on. If I wanted to email management I already have those contacts

ZegoLiving was working seamlessly when I first downloaded it. Since the update, whenever I open ZegoLiving , it just has a blank white screen. Nothing else. It’s pretty annoying since it’s the only way to get in communication with my apartment complex.

My biggest issue is that it does not properly integrate dynamic text for those of us that are partially blind. It is somewhat on the opening tab but not well, the tiles don’t adjust to it. It isn’t integrated at all for the messages tab and therefore I am unfairly forced to turn on VoiceOver just to read a message from my building management.

To sign up to pay my rent I had to go to the website instead because I never could create my account and it didn’t explain what the error was.

Neat concept… images are glitchy when uploaded ( don’t always load). Just a very basic app that probably needs some developer updating.

Up to this point I was able to use ZegoLiving ok but today it prompted me to accept terms and conditions which I tried to do but it doesn’t work. The continue button is disabled and some of the content is overlapping. Please help so that I can stay informed in my community.

The messaging feature needs a lot of work. It’s buggy. Sometimes messages don’t load , load partially, or the list needs to be refreshed several times to see new messages. There’s no easy way to read all or delete all.

It Was Working Fine Until Today. It Says I Have A Message From My Apartment Complex But Whenever I Open ZegoLiving It Tells Me They Updated Their Terms & Services & That I Have To Check A Box But I Can’t Get Out Of The Message & Nothing Else Pops Up But That Message

Customer service was prompt and fixed my log-in issue quickly.

They must have fixed the bugs I see in other reviews. I just put in phone number and was on my apartment site. I think it's a nice app to have.

This is a really good app. I like that I can message my complex with any questions and get the replies on there as if we were texting each other. ZegoLiving makes communicating with my complex so much easier.

Most helpful with communication new apt bldg since past July. Receive (1) alerts for fire (2) notifications of pkg delv (3) requesting maintenance requests (very effective) (4) sharing intra-communication w/fellow tenants (5)messages from office staff. ❤️Mobile Doorman & have recommended to friend who moved away to own new apt bldg. Mobile Doorman a Must!-would not want to be w/o it.

When we just used emails, I’d have to dig through my inbox. Now it’s all in one space.

ZegoLiving is unusable both on mobile or from their website.

I have been trying to register for the past few days now. It ask for my phone number then says additional info is needed because they can’t find me . I put my name email address and select my apartment name . It says I would get a code sent to complete registration but umm never received code . I went to this process about 4x still no code. pointless app 👎🏼

Can’t even find my apartment complex on there, it keeps telling me I’m not a resident. All around terrible experience.

Can’t even get registered, I wouldn’t bother with it.
Why my Management Company would even suggest it without trying it us beyond me?!?!

Even when you contact their support, you still won’t get a response.

Couldn’t even finish registration. Waste of a download! Would give it zero stars if I could!

Supposedly designed for Apple products, it does not work for setup through iPhone or iPad. I have tried it about 10 times, from both devices. Stalls out on a blue screen. My management company is switching to this piece of garbage?

So our Villas At Viking Ridge on East Viking Road in Las Vegas does NOT show up as a choice for me. Not a good start.

The worst api in the category I have ever used. Cannot believe such a company can find its market in Seattle where people has a high standard towards APP.

The input screen for the activation code never open and I could not finish registration. I tried a couple of times and the result was the same. I need a solution for finishing the registration.

All I had to do was my put in my phone number and I was able to login successfully.

Make sure your apartment office set you up properly and you follow the instructions provided.
