I could not get in after using it for a few months, my manager finally got me in, I paid my rent, new month, guess what, I CAN'T LOG IN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure you are charging the apartment complex a small fortune for an app THAT SUX!!!!! I notice all the other complaints but you never answered anyone's complaints or issues. Do you not care about Word of mouth or FIXING THE ISSUES?? So frustrating. I just want to pay my rent!

I downloaded this App and there was a big mix up with my leasing office, my name was incorrect once I entered my email and unit number. I also submitted a new email address with my leasing office but when I attempt to log in, my old email address automatically is there by default. I can't delete it or type over it. So, I try to use that address to at least log in and deactivate the account but when I do a password reset, I go to my email, click the link, reset the password and guess what, it doesn't work!! I've reset my password like 3 times and it tells me I've successfully changed my password but when I attempt to use the new password, nothing. This is very frustrating, I'm just trying to start fresh and praying that works but for some reason I can't. My leasing office has updated all my information...now what.
I can't access the mobile doorman app Have.accessed Zego. Today it will not allow access. No i will not pay for a small question to be asked, never. Would like you to recognize passwords. You see, no one's crazy here, nothing to see. Purting the info in time and time again and you are acting like you dont recognize the correctness of my entries. How can you help me???????

I accidentally entered the wrong bank details and received a hefty fine for trying to make a payment (ok thats my bad, but who’s brain isn’t kind of fried these days?). I managed to add a new account but there is no option to remove the other one, so it’s likely I’ll accidentally make the mistake again. Emailed management at our building- they dont have a clue of how to do it- sent email to app support and they’re rubbish too (“email your property manager”). So I’m stuck with this.
Would you kindly just update the app so that this function is available?

I have had to manually delete all the messages eating up my storage multiple times. The bulk delete function never works and my messages will “clear” and reappear as soon as I reopen the app. I have messages from a year ago I can’t get rid of. This app has a whole lot of bells and whistles and none of the basic messaging functionality it ought to. Some bug fixes and performance optimizing leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve uninstalled this app 5 times over the course of my year to try to fix these problems and still nothing.
Can’t even log in to use this crappy app.

Wish I could login…keeps prompting me to make a new password but fails to register it. Then I change it online at their website but their crappy app doesn’t detect the change and STILL prompts me to make a new password. Delete the app and redownload it? Doesn’t work. Caches data. Clear all that? Still doesn’t work.
It’s actually ridiculous. What kind of app has a complete disconnect from its website? So ridiculous.
