I have uninstalled reinstalled and reset printer factory setting multiple times over 2 days and your APP JUST PLAIN SUCKS !!!! ....I have spent hours trying to get this to configure the dam printer it see it, it selects it, it allows me to select the network to connect to but then it crashes and I never get to enter the password to add to network ... this it BS ... I can't believe this !

Tried to get a Pixma3450 to connect to WLAN. The Selphy app that I use finds the printer (just about), but then it wants to register the printer. A pop-up shows.....Acquiring printer information... and there it spins forever. I resorted to using a direct connection, so not using the WLAN. This direct connection is not convenient as you then have to switch network connection on your PC / iPhone. But as a workaround, this works.

Print app not able to connect to printer (MP 640). I don’t use the app often so guess this has been since last iOS update. Affects all iPhones and iPads I have.

My phone is TCL20 5g down loaded the app opened app agreed on T&C then all I get is a blank screen!!! Very annoying when you've just bought a new printer and cannot use it!!! 😡😡

App just keeps running at "acquiring printer information". My printer was shown with the model number and when I clicked on it I just get a frozen screen with above. My printer is Pixma MG5320
