got the tiles... (2) the positioning of the subjects should have been moved up, in the right upper corner there is something that should have been removed or positioned so the item on the right upper corner would not be visible... can this be corrected we got 2 of the glass tiles. please correct this, and send 2 new tiles.. that would be appreciated. please let me know if this can be corrected.

My picture arrived separated from the backing, I tried using the extra squares between the picture and the backboard, did not work, th backboard is not sticky enough, could you please send another one. My order # is FP 109504302258, thank you Judith Forster

Got a tile that took half the head of the person I sent what can be done?
