My PhotoPrint app is no longer working. I choose the photos, size and number of photos I want to print and when I press print it closes the app

To resolve Photo Print network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Photo Print App
1. On android, goto Settings » Photo Print » click [Force Stop]

Clear Photo Print App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Photo Print » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Photo Print.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Photo Print » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Photo Print » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Photo Print
