How to fix OpenEvidence app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OpenEvidence app on iPhone
Update OpenEvidence app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OpenEvidence iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OpenEvidence on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OpenEvidence network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OpenEvidence Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OpenEvidence not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OpenEvidence App
1. On android, goto Settings » OpenEvidence » click [Force Stop]

Update OpenEvidence to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OpenEvidence App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OpenEvidence » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OpenEvidence.

Fix OpenEvidence unable to contact server/ OpenEvidence internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OpenEvidence » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OpenEvidence » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
