I was just about to check out with a large order and all of a sudden , it cut out with access denied. If this business goes under, I think you know why....at least I do. I now have to call the person who was going to pick up the order for me and cancel. I am not a happy customer today.

Can't find the "I'm here" button. Tapped the "Pick up" icon with the picture of a red car with trunk open. The resulting pop up window MAY be the place to find "I'M here" but part of that pop up window is obscured by the toolbar at the bottom. The pop up window can't be moved.

How to fix PetSmart app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PetSmart app on iPhone
Update PetSmart app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PetSmart iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PetSmart on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PetSmart network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PetSmart Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PetSmart not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PetSmart App
1. On android, goto Settings » PetSmart » click [Force Stop]

Update PetSmart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PetSmart App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PetSmart » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PetSmart.

Fix PetSmart unable to contact server/ PetSmart internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PetSmart » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PetSmart » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PetSmart
