I'm using OpenEvidence to help with a patient that I need ongoing info to treat. I go back to the same conversation because now it knows this patient and her history.. It's now at a place where it takes forever to scroll down all the way to the end of the last conversation and often times it returns to the first conversation. Something is very wrong now. I used to be able to scroll down with the side bar and Would be right at the end of the conversation and ready to type in my question. Now it's crazy and takes forever to work with it in this one conversation.

Just registered as a physician for a free account and was accepted earlier today. When I logged in just now today it said my email address has already been used and I couldn’t log in
Ive been using OE for several months - w/o issues. Updated yesterday - working fine this morning. Went back to it to check something (in the history) - and history is gone! Any suggestions? (To be clear - It was fine after the update.) Also, i logged out to see if logging back in would help. Had to reset the password (didn’t record it in my password vault unfortunately) - not getting the email w/ the 6 digit code - several attempts.
I typed in my NPI number and it says it is invalid.
My medical school Univer of North Carolina does not come up on the list although I put in the Correct NPI which is 1073516703. Please assist.
