Awful rollout.

Horrible roll out. Trading is not available. Password reset is not working through legacy site. Unable to submit feedback through CashorTrade . Cannot set alerts for certain types of seats. Please fix soon!!!

Lost features

The new platform ditched several features I used regularly. The search function used to allow filters and I frequently used the venue location filter to see what tickets were being sold in my area. Searches also used to show the sold tickets which was helpful to gauge how much volume was being traded and how fast tickets sold and at what price.
My alerts didn’t transfer to the new app either.
As a regular gold user who greatly appreciates the platform, I’ll stick to the legacy platform as long as possible.

Been a member for almost a decade love the new app!

I’ve been a member for years and have used this platform to score face value tickets more times than I can count. Sold out Phish at the Baker’s Dozen, NYE floors the day of, and some of the hardest tickets for my favorite bands. The new platform is BEAUTIFUL and I am excited to see the this app team make updates and add features. Long love fave value tickets! Thank you for your endless service to the live music loving community!

Love the new platform

this is a much better looking, feel and user interface then the previous versions I’ve been using this app since it launched and have completed over 50 transactions over the years and I’m glad to see the continued growth and investment in the platform. Thanks CoT team!!

New and improved

I’ve been on CoT since the early days and I’m loving the new and improved app. There are several updates, including getting an alert when you didn’t get tickets you put an offer in for. CoT 4.0 is awesome and I’m excited to use it for shows this year.

New and smooth

Seems like the devs really went all out on the new app. Everything is much cleaner, smoother, and quicker compared to the old app (which was clunky at best). Plus, this is only the first version so I imagine it’s going to get even better as the updates roll in. 5/5 ★’s

COT rules!!!

CashorTrade is truly a blessing of living in the modern age. It’s gotten many people to many shows, so cool to see it always improving!
