Horrible roll out. Trading is not available. Password reset is not working through legacy site. Unable to submit feedback through the app. Cannot set alerts for certain types of seats. Please fix soon!!!
Lost features

The new platform ditched several features I used regularly. The search function used to allow filters and I frequently used the venue location filter to see what tickets were being sold in my area. Searches also used to show the sold tickets which was helpful to gauge how much volume was being traded and how fast tickets sold and at what price.
My alerts didn’t transfer to the new app either.
As a regular gold user who greatly appreciates the platform, I’ll stick to the legacy platform as long as possible.

I’ve been a member for years and have used this platform to score face value tickets more times than I can count. Sold out Phish at the Baker’s Dozen, NYE floors the day of, and some of the hardest tickets for my favorite bands. The new platform is BEAUTIFUL and I am excited to see the CashorTrade team make updates and add features. Long love fave value tickets!
