How to fix ScanSphere app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ScanSphere app on iPhone
Update ScanSphere app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ScanSphere iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ScanSphere on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ScanSphere network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ScanSphere Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ScanSphere not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ScanSphere App
1. On android, goto Settings » ScanSphere » click [Force Stop]

Update ScanSphere to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ScanSphere App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ScanSphere » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ScanSphere.

Fix ScanSphere unable to contact server/ ScanSphere internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ScanSphere » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ScanSphere » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ScanSphere
