I have a new phone and cannot now view my Qscan records as it will not accept my sign in pin. I have tried renewing the app but still cannot access my records.

How to fix Qscan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Qscan app on iPhone
Update Qscan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Qscan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Qscan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Qscan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Qscan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Qscan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Qscan App
1. On android, goto Settings » Qscan » click [Force Stop]

Update Qscan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Qscan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Qscan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Qscan.

Fix Qscan unable to contact server/ Qscan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Qscan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Qscan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Qscan
