I have a new phone and cannot now view my Qscan records as it will not accept my sign in pin. I have tried renewing the app but still cannot access my records.

Force Stop the QScaN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QScaN app. » click "Force Stop".

If you want to disable auto renew, you need go to Account Settings after subscription purchase.
