Can login through the website but unable to login in through the app.
I have a IPhone 13 and use Paylocity for work. I can punch time in but when i try to punch out i get a message saying I AM IN AN UNATHORIZED LOCATION. I am still at work in the building

App updated now it can't establish a connection and getting an error when trying to punch
So after leaving a job and coming back, having my account reactivated, and going to punch in for the first time. I found I do not have the punch in or out option. Is there anyway to fix this?

Can't download paylocity Everytime it say try again
trying to log in to the app on Iphone4, fill out all information to try and gain access to my account name and password, after receiving confirmation code, app just locks up and keeps trying to load, The last 3-4 days i have not been able to punch in or out and have to have my manager input it manually on his computer, i can't seem to find a fix any where..
Is this a known bug? On iphone7, I select "End Lunch" but it converts this in "history" to "Clock In". This has caused confusion in HR. It can't seem to save an "End Lunch", ever. Thanks

In the past, a few times when I punch out, Paylocity accepts it, but then the next day I discover that it actually did not punch me out. Today I punched in my return from lunch and it gave me no indication that it had not accepted the clock in, yet at the end of the day, it reported that I had not ended lunch! This same kind of incident has happened in the past. Why doesn’t Paylocity give us an error notice if it does not accept our punch? I have also had many problems opening up the app. It is often too slow to open the Log in page or the Clock in page!!
Greetings, When I open the app at my work I do not get the punch option in my menu. I have an android phone. What do I need to do to ensure punch shows up? Is it a gps issue? Thank you

Timesheet page on iOS app defaults to a week view in April (it’s now June), and always goes to that week. I have to scroll right arrows to catch up to current calendar. It has been doing this since April, and I am afraid what’s going to happen when we get into later months this year…
The app is not working at all. Deleted it and tried to re- download -will not download either.
I am using the paylocity web platform on chrome browser [mac M1 pro] and keep accidentally corrupting the database; any saves I do to the corrupted day do not apply and I keep needing to contact someone in my company with admin privelideges to fix it.
Steps to reproduce:
1) I go to the employee timesheet page
2) I enter in times for a day such as 8:00am, 12:00am lunch start, 12:30am lunch end, 6am day end. Note the last punch is incorrect (am not pm).
3) Paylocity accepts my invalid punch, moving 6am into the next day.
Trying to reset password but when it gets to the robot screen to select images, it won’t select. Then it sent me to a page that said press play and type what u hear but it won’t let u press play
