I'm trying to arrange the photos in my playlist my own way, but it moves ones I don't want moved and doesn't put others where I want them. It keeps saying it's updating my playlist, but I can't finish the arrangement I want.

I have always selected picture on my phone and sent them to Nixplay until yesterday. Now I cannot send photos to my Nixplay.I’ve turned it off and then back on. I’ve checked to see if I’m out of room, don’t know what else to do.

I cannot get my frame to show photos. It’s a black screen with triangle in middle of screen. We are on reboot system now and it won’t go any further.

App won’t open on iPhone. Get a message to update. When you push the button it takes you to the App Store with no option to update. Have deleted and reloaded app twice!!!

On LG5 on android 8.0.0 Can not add any pictures to playlist. playlist stay empty.
