The app won’t open on my iphone
The app closes when I try to use it
My screen keep stalling saying please wait and then it whites out.
App locked me out. When I try to go back in it says my email isn’t registered but it is!!
Have an iphone 6 and app will not open. Have deleted app and reloaded but with same result.
I'm trying to arrange the photos in my playlist my own way, but it moves ones I don't want moved and doesn't put others where I want them. It keeps saying it's updating my playlist, but I can't finish the arrangement I want.
I have always selected picture on my phone and sent them to Nixplay until yesterday. Now I cannot send photos to my Nixplay.I’ve turned it off and then back on. I’ve checked to see if I’m out of room, don’t know what else to do.
I cannot get my frame to show photos. It’s a black screen with triangle in middle of screen. We are on reboot system now and it won’t go any further.
