I am getting a Connection Error message, but my internet is working fine. The Tap to Focus Camera appears, but the camera is focused and the QR code won't scan. The problem is intermittent. I am in a school library setting. We are using 10 iPads. Some will work and some will not. After clearing out the Connection Error message numerous times the Launch button has appeared a few times on some iPads. This seems to happen on Dot Day every year.
When trying to scan a coloring page, the app crashes on the iPads every single time. It works SOMETIMES
On our students ipads it will turn blue after scanning and then closes the app. We have updated to the latest version but it continues on all student ipads.
