Hello, I’m a premium user of Colorgram. The last few weeks I have not received any new pictures. I don’t know if it is a problem with my device or your app. I have been using this app for two years without problems. I truly love this app and look forward to new pictures each day. Please any help or advice you offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your checking into this problem.

How to fix Colorgram app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Colorgram app on iPhone
Update Colorgram app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Colorgram iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Colorgram on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Colorgram network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Colorgram Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Colorgram not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Colorgram App
1. On android, goto Settings » Colorgram » click [Force Stop]

Update Colorgram to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Colorgram App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Colorgram » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Colorgram.

Fix Colorgram unable to contact server/ Colorgram internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Colorgram » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Colorgram » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Colorgram
