Don’t understand why you have to have full access to my photos. I don’t want all my photos exposed to your app. However, it won’t allow me to go to the next step if I don’t allow the full access, that sounds very invasive. I just paid and I can’t go further without giving full access. I’d like my money back if there’s no option for this.

App is impossible to use. It will not let you go to original screen where the option exists to cancel the subscription.
It’s a scam that pops up in your yahoo mail. There’s no way to cancel once you’ve subscribed and it doesn’t let you login unless you give it full access to your photos.

I can’t figure out how to use TotalDrive, there are no instructions. Also, it charged me three times more than what it was supposed to cost. I would really like my money back.
My bank keeps contacting me about this charge. I don’t even know how they have my info. I can’t locate a phone number so I’m forced to download TotalDrive and allow full access to my photos to set up Ann account on order to cancel. Pretty sketchy to me.

This company is now sending out spam emails notifying nonmembers that their account is expiring. If you ask for a refund that they will treat it as a cancellation and then auto close your ticket. This is an absolute scam. Do not download TotalDrive and do not give this company any of your money I am reporting them to Apple and the Better Business Bureau.

Horrendous. This company goes by different names and when they are blocked from your account they use another name. They go by Totaldrive.com and TotalAV.com and TotalAV.com . They also seem to have free access to people's account. Do not get involved with them even if their produce is 50% cheaper
