How to fix Total Drive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Total Drive app on iPhone
Update Total Drive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Total Drive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Total Drive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Total Drive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Total Drive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Total Drive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Total Drive App
1. On android, goto Settings » Total Drive » click [Force Stop]

Update Total Drive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Total Drive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Total Drive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Total Drive.

Fix Total Drive unable to contact server/ Total Drive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Total Drive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Total Drive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
