I am being billed by "Total Drive" fraudalently. I cancelled this service the same day it was erroneously installed and was refunded. Now being charged since last year a monthy fee. I cannot find a telephone number, business address, or email that allows me to communicate my grievance. My bank is helping me. Total Drive is a scam.
I am an 86 year old woman and I have had multiple outrageous charges on my credit card for Totaldrive.com. I did not do this, I do not want this and the credit card that you charged me on has now been canceled. Please stop charging me and cancel anything that has to do with me.
You keep attempting to charge me for services that I don’t want and don’t need. Please stop this IMMEDIATELY. My bank keeps refusing this charge but it can’t continue. My bank says you are a fraud.

Don’t understand why you have to have full access to my photos. I don’t want all my photos exposed to your app. However, it won’t allow me to go to the next step if I don’t allow the full access, that sounds very invasive. I just paid and I can’t go further without giving full access. I’d like my money back if there’s no option for this.

This company is now sending out spam emails notifying nonmembers that their account is expiring. If you ask for a refund that they will treat it as a cancellation and then auto close your ticket. This is an absolute scam. Do not download this app and do not give this company any of your money I am reporting them to Apple and the Better Business Bureau.
