Briefcase pro is a great app with all the features you want from a basic file manager. The interface is simple yet everything makes sense. What the other apps lack is either the ability to create basic text files or wifi sharing, which is a big deal for most people.

This a complete package for anyone. From writers to everyone who saves what they read.

Con: Just 1 serious gripe, the title of the text files created should be independent from the content of the file itself. Please fix this asap.

This might be a great app but its use of recaptcha to connect to Dropbox and others is a problem. After logging in I am asked to select all squares that have cars in them (including grainy photos). Then as I select one a new one appears so I have to confirm no squares are present with cars. I click verify and then I have to go thru the same dance with buses, and then with road signs. Finally I am told it didn’t work and I have to start again. Really ridiculous to have the insane method of security. I have connected many apps to Dropbox and Google Drive without this insanity. Deleting Briefcase Pro as unusable.

First off, upon launch one of the first things I notice is my firewall reports BriefcasePro is - like most apps these days - reaching out to Facebook to start gathering the data harvest. I know almost every app does this, but I am on of the few people left remaining who hasn't been brainwashed into just accepting this as okay. It's not, and I hold it against the developer. I do still have lots of well designed apps who's developers put a lot of hard work into, that don't play the data money game.

Then, upon tapping "other cloud drives" BriefcasePro crashed. So there's that.

I will stick with File Browser, by Stratospherx. They've consistently kept BriefcasePro the very best of its kind, and I communicate with the developer often to suggest features or ask about complex tasks.

Nice try, but BriefcasePro is sloppy and in a rush to start paying tithe to the data gods, sacrificing the user in doing so.

I've been using it for awhile but a few updates ago caused me to no longer see ALL my photos when I click "All Photos". I only see a handful at a time.

I can copy an image to my clipboard for the time being, but I would definitely need to see a fix for this issue, it makes BriefcasePro extremely difficult to use now. (I'm using iOS version 11 if you need to know)

This my best and easier app to transfer files with my PC. But I think you have missed the sharing through WhatsApp also the same result when I copy and paste to WhatsApp only the file name will appear not the picture.

BriefcasePro is awesome . I like the icon the design, and web browser downloader .
But I wish i can play video in background or when I open another app , I mean just like ( safari ) i can listen to the video song in background.

Overall BriefcasePro works well, however I cannot expand docX files from preview pane to full screen. Is this a bug that needs to be fixed? Ever since I upgraded my iPad mini to iOS 10 I have had this problem. I have contacted app support twice and have gotten no response. Can someone tell me what the problem is here?

Great and simple user interface. I use BriefcasePro to transfer single long MP3 files over wifi through the browser. Works perfect and the I can play them in BriefcasePro or send them to another.

I use BriefcasePro for a few things but I see it hasn’t been updated in 5 years. Should I try another alternative and if so what do you recommend. Thank you!

Hi, I can’t find an access request from briefcase pro In sitting>privacy>photo to granted after requesting that from briefcase pro and that is in both my iPad and iPhone. Need help to fix the problem. Thank you.

I use BriefcasePro almost every day to save files and to access files that I have saved. It is especially useful to save PDF files which most apps do not like to save or view.

I have used BriefcasePro for awhile. The biggest weakness is the inability to sync between devices. This is a pain attempting to remember what has been saved on what device and whether I have the right device with me.

BriefcasePro worked fine till this week.
It crashes and I cant retrieve anything from the up.
Can you please help

Nicely laid out app, serves mostly all purpose for getting such an app. However, only disadvantage I see here is the unavailability of an FTP support (which I see in all competing apps).

It has anything you want to manage your files on iOS device

Since the last version of BriefcasePro kept crashing, I had to delete it from my phone and tried to reinstall-install it. Today after I re-installed your app, I found all my original saved files are gone. Is there a way to recover it? Thanks!

I've tried several file manager apps and this one is definitely my favorite

I like BriefcasePro - very visually appealing. Still needs some additions. Overall, nice. I can access some files in here that I cannot in other apps.

This is a nice app, but if you turn off wifi,then turn it back on,it enables an insecure web browser without notifying the user. This counselor put supposedly protected data at risk. If this glaring error were fixed,BriefcasePro would be far better.
