Zealthy scammed me

Had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. At first, it was great. Got a prescription, had it shipped fast, then everything went downhill. My prescription stopped being refilled with no follow up or correspondence from Zealthy. After multiple attempts with costumer support, I tried to cancel my membership. Zealthy did not cancel my membership and continued to charge me membership fees for an additional 3 months. After seeing the charges, I asked them to refund the membership fees. I never heard back from them. This company is an absolute scam. Do not give them your business.

Unreliable Company with Zero Customer Support

Terrible experience with this company. I paid $670 for a 3-month treatment and never received the full doses I was promised. Every time I reached out, they gave me generic excuses like ‘partner issues’ or ‘hurricane delays,’ but no real solution. It’s been months, and they’ve done nothing but send automated responses while completely neglecting their customers. Meanwhile, they keep sending promotional emails trying to sell more, yet they can’t even deliver on their existing commitments. I strongly advise against trusting this company—they lack professionalism, integrity, and basic customer care.
They assured me that my card would not be charged until they shipped the missing doses from my prepaid treatment. Despite this, they charged my card again without delivering what I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my plan, I was met with delays and no resolution. This company lacks transparency and professionalism. I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Worst service ever

Do NOT sign up for Zealthy. They promise responses in 1-2 days and it’s been over 30 for me with no response. They sent 2 different dosage instructions and never responded on which I should take so I ended up guessing. Then I needed a letter for my FSA account and they never responded so my FSA account got locked but when their next payment didn’t go through you better believe they reached out to me. I explained what I was waiting for and magically they can no longer help me since I’m pending cancelling even though I’ve already paid for 3 months and I’m only on week 3… RIP OFF

Scam!!

I wish I heard before getting ZealthyHealthWeightLoss and spending money on it. I need medication for my anxiety and depression and I saw ZealthyHealthWeightLoss recommend online so I downloaded no thoughts or questions. I waited 11:00 am to 12:37 pm for a doctor to show up on call!! I had to reschedule after it kicked me out of a call. But it wouldn’t let me it kept saying please press continue so the payment process can go through! I asked on messages and Maria gave me a robot answer we are so sorry to hear that we apologize we will let your provider know in 1 - 2 business days.

Avoid this service!!!

This is not a good service nor app. The application is full of bugs some are programmatic some are design. Every day it asks you to update your credit card info. Hint they only want money. Continual spam is generated within app and via email providing conflicting information. The “ coaching fee” is useless. I asked for a new coach and the coach did not know how to make a change even though there was a popup feature that completely disappeared never to be found again. Medication changes and refills never followed up on. I’m not a complainer but this is the most frustrating medical experience in my life! Plus the pharmacy was are scary!!!! Do not use this service your health and money deserve better. RUN!!!

Scam

I paid for my initial membership, was told that my prior authorization had been approved, and that as long as I paid to renew my membership the prescription for Zepbound would be sent to my local pharmacy. I paid $600 to renew my membership for 6 months. They told me it would take 1-2 business days before the prescription was sent. That was 14 business days ago. Their chat system just provides canned responses saying that the provider will respond in 1-2 business days. Their support team on the phone lies and says someone will call in 1 business day with an update, but they never do. Refunds are a huge pain and even escalating to a supervisor provides no additional benefit as their teams just repeat the same canned answers. I’m completing a chargeback to claw the money back.

Billing Issues

Read the consistent negative reviews. The five star reviews sound like commercials.

I ordered from them and received my medication. The next month, I did NOT receive my order, nor was I charged for it. I was fine with that. The medication was ineffective anyways. The next month, I was charged and sent an order; 4 days later, I was charged again and sent more of the same medication. I wish they sent out a confirmation email prior to creating the order or charging my card. They stated that, I started another prescription treatment plan for the same medication. This makes no sense. If I needed more of the same medication, I would only need to increase the quantity for the same order; not create another treatment plan with additional shipping costs. They offer no refunds, no exchanges.

HORRIBLE

I got birth control from this the first quarter of it went smooth no problem until the second order it showed that i paid and it showed that it went through and everything but when i went to see the status of my order it showed i had no upcoming prescriptions so i call and everything and all i got was they should be reaching out in 3-4 business days mind you they charged me the 29th it’s now the 2nd and i have a trip coming on on the 18th and they are saying just for response it would take 3-4 business days i mean seriously what’s the point of a chat if your not going to respond quicker and if you call them they don’t help all they do is say yes we are going to reach out and you still have to wait 3-4 business days so it’s a waste If i were you i would go though my doctor or planned parenthood.

Will charge you even after cancellation

So I had a tough time with having my credit card transactions take. Everytime I would get approved! And then an email saying update your payment. So finally I just decided to cancel everything (including my membership & authorization). And lo-behold, I get an email the drugs are already shipped to the pharmacy and they cannot take it back. And my membership was no longer canceled in my emails even though I had cancellation messages with the team (Sorry to see you go etc etc). But no your membership is cancelled email which I thought was weird. And I got charged $670. And now they’re saying they don’t see a cancellation even though they SEE the messages! I’m on the phone now trying to cancel it again and this time will stay on until I receive a cancellation confirmation email. And now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge.

Scam!!

This company is a scam! Everything was going what I thought was great up until month 5. They messed up my prescription with my pharmacy and when I advised them of the error they made me renew my membership for $400, advised me that I had been being charged for a medication that I am not even taking, and kept giving me conflicting information on how to cancel the prescription I wasn’t using so that I ultimately wouldn’t be able to cancel it. They want you to pay the membership fee but have it built in to you having to sign up for Semasglutide and get charged seperately every month. I was using Wegovy which my insurance paid for. When I asked them to stop the prescription they told me they couldn’t on their end and then kept giving bogus instructions for how to cancel it on my end. I will go find a regular doctor to continue to get my Wegovy through going forward. This company is a sham and should be ashamed of themselves.

Customer Service/Portal

Customer service/the portal does not talk or read if or how the issue or question was handled. I will ask a question, get a response, and then have several other agents respond with different answers. I get a reminder to renew my prescription, I do it right away, get an approval, money taken out from my bank and for at least a week I get 2-3 high alert messages that I need to renew my prescription that I already did. It’s even caused me to be charged twice several times, and because they don’t communicate it’s so hard to get the extra charge back. I get messages in the portal my medicine is on its way and emails there’s a problem with my order, then when I contact them about it, they have no idea what I’m talking about and make me feel like I’m the crazy one. I highly recommend using another company! I am after this shipment arrives, it’s very easy to switch to another company without starting over in your dosage. RUN!

Communication lately is horrible

I had zero problems in the beginning (started in April 2024). Communication was wonderful-messages were responded to within a few hours. I’ve been trying to fill my medication since MID DECEMBER (it’s now February 4th)….it’s taking up to a week to get any kind of response or assistance, and then when I do get a response, it’s them saying that they’re looking into it. I’ve paid for a three month subscription for basically nothing. I don’t have my meds and I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I don’t know if it’s because of the holidays or what, but I really hope they can get their act together. Like I said, they were amazing in the beginning. I really wanted to give a 5 star review, but I’m very upset about the lack of response.

Good Customer Service - Bad App

The service offered is just fine and the customer service folks are quite responsive. ZealthyHealthWeightLoss is awful. It prompts the same action items over and over and over again but only once you log in. There is no notification that action is needed before your prescription can be filled. You basically have to log out and log back in all the time to make sure you aren’t missing an action item. Also, all of a sudden now there is a requirement to upload an ID and take a selfie to confirm identity. That is completely new and unwelcome.

Good at first

I chose Zealthy over other apps in the beginning because the price was good and they offered coaching and contact with a doctor. I didn't know that I was supposed to reach out to the coach and that's the only way they talk to me. I think I made an assumption in the beginning that they would be checking in. My dissatisfaction with that is based on my incorrect assumption I had an opportunity to switch to three months supply, which made the price great. After that, the three month supply price doubled, and it didn't make any sense to spend the money on the price to which they had increased the single month. I switched to a different pharmacy where they do not increase med prices and do not charge a monthly fee. I have spoken to a doctor, at their request, twice and have only done 3 shots.

Not as seamless as you’d think

Where I live the doctors are pretty busy. It’s a 3 month wait to see a nutritionist, endocrinologist or dietician - any specialist, really. Zealthy seemed like the perfect solution. I signed up thinking I could get quick easy weight management help. That’s what they advertise, at least. Sure you can get a video appointment but good luck getting whatever the doc prescribed. They exclusively work with some unknown pharmacy that takes forever. I’m able to get quick customer service through ZealthyHealthWeightLoss or website but that’s it.

ZealthyHealthWeightLoss is also glitchy. I often have to go to the website in order to sign in. I’ve updated everything , payment option, address, questioners, and I still get emails asking me to finish. Per customer service, I’m up to date but it’s still annoying getting these emails saying I “need to take action” in order to get a prescription. Very confusing. Basically, don’t expect Zealthy to perform any miracles. Expect to be confused and exhausted. Been a month and I still don’t see that anything has shipped. So far I’ve spent $150 this month for customer service.

The best platform

I’ve tried other telehealth platforms and this one is by far the best. They are very quick and thorough with their responses. They make sure you are losing weight in a healthy manner and they have coaches to help you along the way. Their pharmacy is also quick. I had to wait two weeks for my medicine through the other app I used. This one takes no more than a week not only that but the way the medicine is packaged is on point. They Make sure that it stays cold until you receive it. Others I’ve used it looks like they just threw everything in the box and says “good luck” lol

Greatest customer service

I will be blunt and say service started off slow, but I now understand they have to medically make sure everything is good. But once I was able to get the med I needed they were so professional and very very responsive even on Sunday nights. Their customer service is really good. I would recommend Zealthy over the other online medical cares. Especially if you want to get your GLP1 meds. They make sure they find right medication for you. They’re a little pricey but not as much as the other guys. Try them out. It’s worth it.
