This company changed the amount to charge my credit card without my permission.
I want this subscription cancelled. I have cancelled it on my home page and I keep getting pay requests at my bank, it then causes me to deal with possible fraud issues and My card gets suspended.
They keep taking money out of my account. They got $39 which they said was for the set up part. Then they just took ,$135 more out of my account. I have never received anything from them. All I get is excuses when I want my money back! Something needs to be done with these scanners.
I need to cancel this as you double charged me $1929.00 yesterday 5/25/2025 to my debit card. Please also refund my $39.00. As a senior on SS, I only get $1359.00/month, I just can't afford this kind of medicine or mistakes.

Terrible experience with this company. I paid $670 for a 3-month treatment and never received the full doses I was promised. Every time I reached out, they gave me generic excuses like ‘partner issues’ or ‘hurricane delays,’ but no real solution. It’s been months, and they’ve done nothing but send automated responses while completely neglecting their customers. Meanwhile, they keep sending promotional emails trying to sell more, yet they can’t even deliver on their existing commitments. I strongly advise against trusting this company—they lack professionalism, integrity, and basic customer care.
They assured me that my card would not be charged until they shipped the missing doses from my prepaid treatment. Despite this, they charged my card again without delivering what I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my plan, I was met with delays and no resolution. This company lacks transparency and professionalism. I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Customer service/the portal does not talk or read if or how the issue or question was handled. I will ask a question, get a response, and then have several other agents respond with different answers. I get a reminder to renew my prescription, I do it right away, get an approval, money taken out from my bank and for at least a week I get 2-3 high alert messages that I need to renew my prescription that I already did. It’s even caused me to be charged twice several times, and because they don’t communicate it’s so hard to get the extra charge back. I get messages in the portal my medicine is on its way and emails there’s a problem with my order, then when I contact them about it, they have no idea what I’m talking about and make me feel like I’m the crazy one. I highly recommend using another company! I am after this shipment arrives, it’s very easy to switch to another company without starting over in your dosage. RUN!

This company is a scam! Everything was going what I thought was great up until month 5. They messed up my prescription with my pharmacy and when I advised them of the error they made me renew my membership for $400, advised me that I had been being charged for a medication that I am not even taking, and kept giving me conflicting information on how to cancel the prescription I wasn’t using so that I ultimately wouldn’t be able to cancel it. They want you to pay the membership fee but have it built in to you having to sign up for Semasglutide and get charged seperately every month. I was using Wegovy which my insurance paid for. When I asked them to stop the prescription they told me they couldn’t on their end and then kept giving bogus instructions for how to cancel it on my end. I will go find a regular doctor to continue to get my Wegovy through going forward. This company is a sham and should be ashamed of themselves.
