Was able to log in, added funds to my account, but it is preventing me from purchasing tickets whether VPN is on or off.
I played 2 fast games last night on 03/30/2024. The app as is what I mostly used, showed a strange and "shady" anomaly as I played the Pyramid Of Gold, I purchased 1 game play and checked out. It took my money and within 1 minute my ticket never showed on the screen and very quickly the screen returned a white screen with almost no wording other than "Sorry ticket NOT a winner" on a blank white screen with no POG game card even having time to load and play down the numbers. I played a $1 Fast Numbers right behind the first game just to see if it did this again. The result was a YES it did the exact same thing. Stole my money and did not issue the Game cards from either of the 2 games not even seeing what numbers drawn or were issued to my games (very shady). With in a few seconds showed Not a winner. Normally the games take a couple to a few minutes to load after purchase and play through. NOPE not this time, the Illinois Lottery app has straight up ripped me off or otherwise stole my payment without the game's cards showing at all. RIPOFF! I called today and got a remote worker from home as I could hear kids in the background. I was told to uninstall the app and reinstall. I will no longer play on the app and if I play will go back to the play slips. I will also be contacting the AG with Illinois office of attorney general. I have had a suspicion that they reset the draw games after it reaches a $400k-$1,250mm jackpot. The Lucky Day and others never seem to go above the latter or will reset with it always showing an "online winner" at these amounts. Lottery managements are not always on the up and up or honest. As has been the case in the past with an IT worker. Not to mention Illinois corrupt reputation.
The ticket scanner for instant tickets is not functioning.

As of Friday 11/18 the mai, the Illinois lotto app is not publishing results.
Scanner code at bottom of app keeps dropping. I have to constantly uninstall and w the app to retrieve the bottom scanner code and other tabs that goes with the bottom bar
The scanner feature on app keeps disappearing when I open the app on my IPhone. I have to delete the app and then reinstall it. It doesn’t stay.
