Hello have been having problems with the site for several weeks. Either it doesn't recognize email address or the password I have changed password that didn't help.I have another address I (cjmorris2@redacted) that hasn't helped either 🤔 so do I delete from my phone and reload? Thanks for info that you can provide 👍
App continually says “results not in” even though results are in.
Said needed to upgrade did that , went to sign in with my info because I do have points and uses to scan my tickets , but after I enter email and my password the sign on doesn't prompt. I liked old playon better..
App not allowing me to reset my password or access without a password reset which does not work. Takes me in a circle and nothing happens.
Can’t log in. Says I need to do update to app. OK, did that. Now says I need to reset password. But that doesn’t work, no response! Tried restarting phone. No luck. Seems the app update shuts down account access. I have points…!!! And mire to enter!!
