My players Club app stopped working yesterday 10/19/2023 so this am 10/20/2023 I tried again and it still was not working so I uninstalled it and now it will not let me reinstall it and it is saying the app is already on my smart phone but it is not there

Using ipad to scan tickets is out of focus and will not read. The camera is working fine fine. Any suggestions?

AZ Lottery Players Club iOS network app is not working online as of July 3rd. I am using Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.
Common dislikes about AZ Lottery Players Club app
- The ticket checker could be more streamlined so not so many clicks need to happen before checking the ticket.
- When looking at past entries, they are blacked out unless you click on the individual spaces and even then it’s not interactive and greyed out.
- The menus are bloated.
- The menu layout is confusing.
- The scanner rarely works.
- You practically have to key in every ticket to get credit.
