Close and restart the PlusCON app on iPhone
Update PlusCON app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PlusCON iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve PlusCON network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PlusCON app issues:

Force Stop the PlusCON App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PlusCON app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PlusCON to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlusCON App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PlusCON app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PlusCON.

Fix PlusCON unable to contact server/ PlusCON internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PlusCON » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PlusCON » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PlusCON on android.
