Read 20 Customer Service Reviews 😠💢

4.9 out of 5
I’d give 0 stars if possible

The company scams you completely, it takes over a month to see a doctor but you have to be paying for the membership and even then you have no support and your messages don’t go through to the provider. If you do still use this company you don’t need MochiHealth , the only time I got any decent customer service was when I called but even then it’s been THREE months and no meds. Oh and no refunds. Go to any other company. I have also heard some sketchy rumors as to the compounded flop meds but since I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEGFED FOR THE PRESCRIPTION TO BE SENT FROM ONE OF THEIR PARTNERS AND NOT TO WALGREEENS I cannot attest to the drug quality. I can get a prescription from any doctor to get it from Walgreens. Also did I mention they won’t admit they’re wrong and you get NO REFUNDS!!! I might as well have blown my money on lottery tickets

Frustrating and very difficult to use

As other reviewers pointed out- the functionality of MochiHealth is limited to the point of making it essentially useless. Even for messaging, there are missing threads. The long waits for the customer service call line? That’s probably me- because I wait on hold with the elevator music reminiscent of a funeral home lobby so I can explain *again* to the rep that my app shows none of the tabs they have and could they please email me.

Couldn’t even get the app to work

Downloaded this to see what it was about as I’ve been trying to find help for mental health. Tried signing up and MochiHealth wouldn’t even load at all! White screen with the spinny wheel of death! Yep definitely not using an app like this if it can’t even open. I also see the bad reviews on here of people trying their services and no thank you.

Declining company

Have been trying to contact mochi for a few days now. It’s almost impossible. But they have no issues taking your money. MochiHealth is useless. I’ve tried posting on their Facebook page but the moderators delete everything I post. They only allow posts on their Facebook page that positively reflect the company. I would recommend staying away.

Awful app and terrible company

MochiHealth is so difficult to use and doesn’t work. I was advised by them to use their website. MochiHealth and program was a huge waste of my money. I met with a provider who said she would prescribe me trizepatide over a week ago. I messaged to ask about it- I got a response that my provider no longer works there. I have wasted so much time messaging and asking for help.

Bad app or company?

I can’t tell if it’s MochiHealth that is so terrible, or the service behind it. MochiHealth creates the circle you can’t get out of. My doctor stopped responding to me, but in order to contact billing, you need to erase your messaging to the doctor, because they won’t allow you more than one dialogue with mochi at once. They get you to pay the monthly subscription then don’t care. Looking for better options.

Worst app ever

MochiHealth doesn’t have a home button. If you enter messages, good luck ever getting out unless you close and reopen MochiHealth . Messages show up on the Home Screen but can’t be accessed in the messages screen. They’re scheduling is laughable, listed as PM instead of AM, when reaching out they have a bot that just confirms it’s from 11:30 PM to midnight. Canceled 2 weeks in- can’t trust a company to dispense medical and drug advice who can’t even schedule an appointment correctly.

They SCAMMED ME

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I trusted this company with my health and my money, and the service I received was horrible. I paid and never received any medication. When I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund, they suddenly rushed to send something just so I wouldn’t get my money back. It arrived the next day with no ice pack, left sitting in the sun, and completely unusable. When I asked for a return or replacement, they told me I’d have to buy another one.

My medication arrived compromised, my subscription was charged again without proper support, and when I reached out for help, the customer service was rude, unhelpful, and more focused on avoiding refunds than actually fixing the issue or taking responsibility. Don’t use them, you’ll regret it!!!!

Choose another provider

Such a hot mess of a company. Order a refill, then days later get a survey to fill out first. But no notification that you need to fill it out - nothing from MochiHealth no email - finally go back into MochiHealth to see what happened and there’s a pale blue dot. No one wants to check MochiHealth every day and you shouldn’t need to. it’s just a bad experience all the way.

Terrible app and no communication

MochiHealth looks like a toddler put it together. Other providers actually have a health app as part of their offerings where you can track your diet, exercise, and weight. This is my first month and they refuse to check on a real date where the medication will be ready. Other providers get it in 2-3 days of the order, I am at 10+ days and not a single notification. This will likely be my last month. I regret changing providers for the cheaper price.

There is a backend glitch with their password requirements and no way to get ahold of support

It didn’t like my first password and then it showed me some requirements, I met them and went above and beyond, it still didn’t like it. I got frustrated and let apple repopulate a strong password. STILL not strong enough for Mochi. I have a screenshot of my screen trying to create a new password meeting all of the requirements and it’s still not letting me move forward, but there is nowhere to contact support or ask for help.

Horrible app

I’m very disappointed with the Mochi App. It doesn’t work well at all, and the navigation is incredibly frustrating. Finding documents that have been uploaded is nearly impossible. To make matters worse, I can’t even rely on MochiHealth to function as it should—I constantly have to log in through my browser or desktop just to access anything. This completely defeats the purpose of having a mobile app in the first place. I expected better performance and usability, and unfortunately, MochiHealth falls far short.

Pointless

The website is so much easier. MochiHealth has no real function besides messaging and it doesn’t notify you. The password glitches. It’s the worst app Ive download. Hello 2008 called, they want their basic B app back. Why can’t I track my weight and chart it? Why can’t I see my meds. If I’m working with a nutritionist, why can’t I log food? I pay $80 a month to see a doctor every three months? And go through a different pharmacy that they are contracted through, at least we would get a good application lol. I’m still using the service for my meds but dang. Don’t cheap skate us…

Do not waste your money. I may not get mine back

I started with this service 12/3. I paid the $399 to start the service. Since then I have been issued four different doctors. On the third doctor there was a mix up with the medication. I got it fixed and they immediately took out the $199. I gave them 4 days then called asking why my prescription had not been sent. I was assured that it would be taken care of today or tomorrow. Two hours later the prescription had been pulled and I was told I needed to see my fourth physician. I called immediately and asked for my $399 and $199 back! I was told that may not happen! Please don’t waste your money!

No point in having the app

I don’t even understand why they have MochiHealth available in MochiHealth Store if the website is more functional. My issue is that I’ve been paying for a subscription online but when I log into MochiHealth for the first time, it wants me to pay a new subscription as if I’m a brand new customer instead of just taking me to my account with my same email and password. So after reading the other reviews, and having my own frustrations, I highly recommend they just take MochiHealth down until they fix all of the issues because it’s ruining the brand and they have a lot of work to do.

Awful Functionality and Communication

Mochi and whoever manages their online applications seem totally unaware of the fact that that these medications need to be taken on time to be effective.
While I’ve luckily been able to get my prescriptions, each time I’ve received zero updates on confirmation, shipment, timeline or ANYTHING unless I repeatedly message the care team (barely helpful and oftentimes take over a day to respond) to prompt them for ANY detail on where my prescription is even at.
I’ve had to take doses past their scheduled time multiple times now because of their lack in planning and transparency in any part of the process to get my medication shipped.
While I can justify the cost of the medication itself, the cost of subscription is ridiculous for the lack of reliability and so far zero confidence I have that my medication will arrive on time unless I myself reach out and prompt them to begin shipment.

I should not have to handhold the Mochi team through the process of my (TIME-SENSITIVE) medication shipment when the service itself is already expensive.

App review only

I can’t use MochiHealth . It won’t even open. On website I have no trouble. I have a great dr medication arrives on time and secure. I can call and reach someone so I read these reviews and I don’t have the same experience at all with Mochi. The website, customer service and doctor I selected have been wonderful. However MochiHealth has not opened once since I downloaded it so I just don’t use it.

Quick and easy

Super easy to navigate, making it even easier to connect and chat with my provider and the Mochi Care team!

Improved it app by ALOT

I downloaded their app before and then I saw on Reddit they updated their app. Finally you can do ton of stuff here but waiting for progress tracker to be in app vs web app

New Patient

Brand new to this company. Started today such a great experience. I saw Dr. Alice Kim she was phenomenal. I’m really happy I was able to find this company. I definitely would recommend it. It feels like such a good program.
