How to fix Eato app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Eato app on iPhone
Update Eato app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Eato iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Eato on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Eato network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Eato Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Eato not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Eato App
1. On android, goto Settings » Eato » click [Force Stop]

Update Eato to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Eato App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Eato » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Eato.

Fix Eato unable to contact server/ Eato internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Eato » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Eato » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Eato
