When I log a food in the system the correct calories show on the screen, but only "1"calorie registers in the meal list. Have had this problem two days on breakfast entry - two different food items.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Calorie Counter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Calorie Counter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Calorie Counter
