App stopped working on my samsung tablet. Followed the advice on how to reset it, but it's still not working. It just opens up and freezes. Message comes up and says nutracheck is not responding. It is still working on my phone. Any ideas?

Tried to add food choice to dinner menu and message keeps appearing to say the is a temporary error in doing so. I’ve cleared cache etc, checked wifi and everything seems fine but still cannot add.
