Close and restart the Calorie Counter app on iPhone
Update Calorie Counter app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Calorie Counter iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Calorie Counter on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Calorie Counter network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Calorie Counter not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Calorie Counter App
1. On android, goto Settings » Calorie Counter » click [Force Stop]

Update Calorie Counter to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Calorie Counter App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Calorie Counter » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Calorie Counter.

Fix Calorie Counter unable to contact server/ Calorie Counter internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Calorie Counter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Calorie Counter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Calorie Counter
