How to fix ListenNow+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ListenNow+ app on iPhone
Update ListenNow+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ListenNow+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ListenNow+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ListenNow+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix ListenNow+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ListenNow+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » ListenNow+ » click [Force Stop]

Update ListenNow+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ListenNow+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ListenNow+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ListenNow+.

Fix ListenNow+ unable to contact server/ ListenNow+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ListenNow+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ListenNow+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ListenNow+
