My biometric thumb print isn’t working for my Sui wallet app on my phone. It is working just fine for all of my other apps. When I punch in my passcode, it glitches and just takes me right back to the finger print; which still doesn’t work. I have my recovery phrase but I have to go out and buy another devise that will support SlushASuiwallet . I have no idea if my funds are even safe. And it’s pretty much all that I have. I could delete SlushASuiwallet but I don’t want to risk that considering how messed up this issue is. They’re in the business of keeping keys to peoples crypto. They should be responsible for at least some degree of customer support to address such issues.
I’m stuck trying to collect rewards on suilend. I continually get an error. When I try to send my assets from this wallet, it doesn’t do anything when I hold or press send repeatedly. My assets are stuck on this wallet and at this point I’d rather send them to my suiet wallet.
I cant even buy any coins nor send my Sui back to my Coinbase wallet. What kind of scam is this? Fix your app ASAP! Keeps saying, “transaction failed, Type Error: Failed to fetch”

SlushASuiwallet is not compatible with VoiceOver and accessibility that visually impaired people use. This should be an easy fix. Please make it compatible so everyone can enjoy it once it’s done. I will update my review. Thank you.
SlushASuiwallet needs to support Bluetooth hardware wallets like ledger. Also, you shouldn’t have to manually copy and paste your own wallet address when transferring between your own wallets. Where’s the address book?
I tried to access my wallet and repeatedly imputed my passcode to no avail. Then I was forced to delete SlushASuiwallet and redownload it only to find that I screwed myself because I never recorded the pass phrases as Sui wallet doesn’t ask you to do so once you created it like other wallets. Now I cannot access my account any longer and my find and investments are completely GONE!!!
I tried making a new account with my gmail. It worked. Then once I logged off the Sui app and tried to log back in, the SAME THING HAPPENED! I cannot unlock into my Sui wallet no matter how many times I try. This is insane. I think I’m done with SUI PERIOD .
There is a bug with the wallet putting the passcode just makes SlushASuiwallet start again and ask for the passcode again the discord is not working hoping this is not a scam.
If you think that Solana was bad with network outages, SUI is even worse. Not only does the network not work most of the time but, on the iPhone 14 Pro, you have to keep deleting SlushASuiwallet reloading it and entering in a 20 million word passphrase. Every single time one tries to use the wallet, this happens multiple times costing 5 to 10 minutes each occurrence during a single session to re-access the wallet.
Main draw back to this wallet can’t connect wallet using mobile devices

As the title states. SlushASuiwallet itself is great. But I cannot use it with my ledger hardware wallet. Please add this feature.

Please add ledger hardware connect or keystone hardware connect. (Developer mode states a ledger connect option is able to be enabled BUT this doesn’t do anything to let you connect a ledger device)
Beautiful UI but I cannot use my ledger Bluetooth with SlushASuiwallet .

Very user-friendly yet powerful wallet experience. Sui Wallet makes it easy to manage multiple addresses, including those based on gmail accounts via zkLogin. One of the best parts is that addresses created with zkLogin (using the same email) are the same on both the mobile and browser extension, allowing seamless movement between devices.
