Biometric thumb print not working

My biometric thumb print isn’t working for my Sui wallet app on my phone. It is working just fine for all of my other apps. When I punch in my passcode, it glitches and just takes me right back to the finger print; which still doesn’t work. I have my recovery phrase but I have to go out and buy another devise that will support the app. I have no idea if my funds are even safe. And it’s pretty much all that I have. I could delete the app but I don’t want to risk that considering how messed up this issue is. They’re in the business of keeping keys to peoples crypto. They should be responsible for at least some degree of customer support to address such issues.

I tried to access my wallet and repeatedly imputed my passcode to no avail. Then I was forced to delete the app and redownload it only to find that I screwed myself because I never recorded the pass phrases as Sui wallet doesn’t ask you to do so once you created it like other wallets. Now I cannot access my account any longer and my find and investments are completely GONE!!!
I tried making a new account with my gmail. It worked. Then once I logged off the Sui app and tried to log back in, the SAME THING HAPPENED! I cannot unlock into my Sui wallet no matter how many times I try. This is insane. I think I’m done with SUI PERIOD .

If you think that Solana was bad with network outages, SUI is even worse. Not only does the network not work most of the time but, on the iPhone 14 Pro, you have to keep deleting the app reloading it and entering in a 20 million word passphrase. Every single time one tries to use the wallet, this happens multiple times costing 5 to 10 minutes each occurrence during a single session to re-access the wallet.
