I’m actually trying to talk my landlord into going with RediRent, which also isn’t great, but I haven’t had anywhere NEAR the issue I’ve had with Turbo Tenet. I haven’t even been in my new place a month, and I can’t connect my bank account, and they want to charge extra for attach my card, I can’t change my email, I can’t upload insurance nor do my condition report. My landlord has had to do all this. And then, when I try and call, their phone system hangs up on me after 1 min of listening to their automated system telling me to go to their app for my issues. I finally deleted my account and my landlord is going to try and fix it all. But I’d rather he just went with another company, honestly. Stay away if u can!
I don’t get notifications for anything, so I have to constantly check TurboTenant . (There is no option for any other than email and even so, I don’t get any besides my receipts for my rent and a reminder to check in to let my landlord know how it’s going.) I don’t have options to make notes or update anything. I can’t see my lease or my insurance uploads, that I was able to previously. I’m just hoping I don’t have the non payment issues like everyone else. I do realize it will say that I owe days after I receive a receipt for payment and my bank processes the payment.
App crashes every time I try to connect to my bank account. I cannot pay my rent or contact anyone for help.
Good luck logging in as a first time user. Even through the website, there is no direct page to create account.
I caught a supposed landlord using TurboTenant and then he makes a fake lease agreement smh I did not sign a lease at all..He asked for Cash app for payment not a money order or cashiers check. Stay away from TurboTenant!!
TurboTenant automatically logoff before payment day and doesn't send notification about payment. Good trick for paying more money if customer fogot about payment.
I should not have to pay $45 to get an immediate automatic response email saying the the room has already been taken by someone else. I paid for nothing and will not make the mistake again with these people.
It redirects you to the mobile website for almost any important function. Can’t even pay your rent on here… they want you to open an app that then launches your browser. There’s no point in installing TurboTenant.
Just got an email suggesting I download TurboTenant. I put in my email and password and hit log in. It starts to load the home page and then TurboTenant crashes. I tried 3 times. Same thing. Seems like they haven’t worked out all the bugs yet.
It seemed to be working just fine a few hours ago, but now TurboTenant won't even open. If I try to access my account via safari, it either says I'm blocked from the website or that the messaging feature isn't working.
The reviews are true, Landlords on TurboTenant have left us on read ignoring us when we applied both of our applications towards condo’s As they won’t give you any updates at all and won’t answer your calls while ignoring your voicemails
Landlords on here are very awful and give unprofessional terrible services!

scammers, they make you fill out an application, they make you pay for it, they ask you for some documents and they give you a number of a landlord who will never answer you, that's what it all boils down to, and then they wash their hands of it saying that they can't do nothing… Terrible service, don't be fooled like it happened to me
Claimed my rent didn’t come through one month. Always pay earlier or on time, no missed payments. TB states bank declined it. Wells Fargo shows no evidence of payment coming to them. No longer can use my bank now, like nope, sorry, not sorry. Keep telling me to call Stripe. I don’t have Stripe and you can’t contact them without an account. What a headache. Fix your banking issues!
won’t even send an email to reset the password after it doesn’t require one in the first place. never asked me to put one in but when i go to pay rent it asks for one and doesn’t send the email to reset it
It’s very convenient, although the fee’s to pay rent isn’t the best…. But so far I’m liking TurboTenant
Usually don’t have issues. It’s not letting me log in or reset password. Now it’s prompting me for an updated when I open TurboTenant but when I click the link nothing happens
