Absolutely horrible for tenets

I’m actually trying to talk my landlord into going with RediRent, which also isn’t great, but I haven’t had anywhere NEAR the issue I’ve had with Turbo Tenet. I haven’t even been in my new place a month, and I can’t connect my bank account, and they want to charge extra for attach my card, I can’t change my email, I can’t upload insurance nor do my condition report. My landlord has had to do all this. And then, when I try and call, their phone system hangs up on me after 1 min of listening to their automated system telling me to go to their app for my issues. I finally deleted my account and my landlord is going to try and fix it all. But I’d rather he just went with another company, honestly. Stay away if u can!

I don’t get notifications for anything, so I have to constantly check the app. (There is no option for any other than email and even so, I don’t get any besides my receipts for my rent and a reminder to check in to let my landlord know how it’s going.) I don’t have options to make notes or update anything. I can’t see my lease or my insurance uploads, that I was able to previously. I’m just hoping I don’t have the non payment issues like everyone else. I do realize it will say that I owe days after I receive a receipt for payment and my bank processes the payment.

Claimed my rent didn’t come through one month. Always pay earlier or on time, no missed payments. TB states bank declined it. Wells Fargo shows no evidence of payment coming to them. No longer can use my bank now, like nope, sorry, not sorry. Keep telling me to call Stripe. I don’t have Stripe and you can’t contact them without an account. What a headache. Fix your banking issues!
